Good morning happy Thursday!
For those that are newer to the BizZy Fit family I started this company in 2017 after I completed my first bodybuilding competition! The journey taught me so much that I’d be compassionate to share it with everyone. One of those people that I was blessed to me was Angelique a busy nurse and busy mom ! Angelique has been part of BizZy Fit continuously since 2017 including through the pandemic! I hope you guys enjoy this interview and real life testimonial as she is one of Mehdi clients of mine that are still part of our family since day one!

Good morning Happy Saturday!! I just wanna let you know that if I could do this after two kids in my mid 30s you can do it too! Don’t settle! Only You can make that decision to give yourself the opportunity to feel at your Best from the inside out! The woman on the right was a result of discipline and consistency with my food my work out and a coach to guide me. .ft_lvfx I am currently working to be the better version of myself again after breaking my ankle but the formula is the same!
