If you ticket is pulled, it goes back into the drawing for another chance. The post is given a portion of the proceeds. Each year the post has participated, we have been given over $700.00 for our programs. Please consider this opportunity.

The Commander sent out a letter earlier this week soliciting monetary donations for the lounge. If you would like to contribute, please make out a check to the Finance Officer and mark in the memo Lounge Committee Fund.

Congrats to Junior Past Commander Frank on his selection as the "Otto Haase" 16th District Legionnaire of the Year. The individual plaque is his, the larger plaque is a perpetual one that travels to the honorees post for the year. The post that has the last name on the plaque keeps it. I am confident that Commander Joe will nominate another outstanding Post 56 Legionnaire for this honor next year. Other winners from Post 56 are John Fazzone, Mike Stadnick and Richard Tilley.
