For this event we are doing a non traditional BBQ menu but full of deliciousness!! We plan to be set up 11 to 2 ( depending on inventory the menu may be different Friday) location Bonham High school parking lot !

We will kickback a portion of the profits to the Woodson family from Finish Line Pizza !! Continued prayers to this family this is a tragedy that has shaken the whole Texoma area!!

*** We will also have a bucket for donations to the family as well !!!

Moving forward to the upcoming weeks we will be open on Mondays 11 to 2 and 4 to 7 ( if we don't sell out )
We will have a simple menu each week with both BBQ options and non BBQ options hoping to hit both preferences!!

Good morning, we have alot of new members and I want to take this opportunity to meet our pit Master aka Bubba Daniel ! He has been a pit Master for close to 30 years! We fed friends, family and neighbors way before we started our side gig ! Best we can remember we have been catering for approximately 25 plus years ! We started small and we have provided food for 10 ppl to 1000 we have had many, many happy customers , we started with BBQ and now to stay on the up and up we are progressive and moving forward and have added the BEYOND to our menu to build our customer base ! Our pit Master, has a real job ( a body man) collision repair Classic of Texoma Collision . Our pit Master is a behind the scenes person , I like to keep him that way....I'm the booker, organizer, planner, shopper and SIDE CHICK ( I make the sides) When asked " who taught you how to slow smoke meats" Bubba says I just learned trial and error , he built his first smoker from scraps !!! Together after 32 years of marriage we have 3 grown , adult children which at one time or another have slung BBQ lol and 5 wonderful grandchildren....:) we are local to the North Texas area, but we travel we have customers from all over the USA and even a few in countries over seas. I say all that to say this ...WE LOVE what we do and we enjoy the smiles on our customers face . The way to a person's ❤️ is through their stomach, food makes ppl happy !!
