We’re back this coming Sunday, July 28th with Oysterology 101, featuring oysters from our dear friends ! Join us for a wonderful evening honoring the humble oyster, complete with oyster education, shucking lessons, and ending with a beautiful seafood spread put out by our talented chefs, complete with farm fresh ingredients from own gardens!

I’m Lauren McCool and I have worked in the Pacific Northwest oyster industry for over 10 years. I found my passion for not only shucking and eating delicious oysters, but also educating folks on these special bivalves.

I’ve been with Pop Up Oyster Bar for 5+ years and I’m also a Level 1 Oyster Ambassador with the Oyster Master Guild, currently working on completing my Level 2 certification.
