As an integral part of our West Seattle community for over 30 years, The Hall at Fauntleroy is proud to be a Platinum Sponsor of the West Seattle Chamber of Commerce in 2024!

You may know the Hall at Fauntleroy as the event and wedding venue inside the historic Fauntleroy Schoolhouse, which has served as a charming backdrop for generations of West Seattle weddings and other life milestones. (And before that, as an elementary school, and now a children's center, to generations of West Seattle children!)

In addition to our many annual private events and fundraisers, catered by Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering and Events and managed by DSquared Hospitality Company, the Hall serves as a central hub for a few key community events throughout the year.

Every November, the DSquared Hospitality team, plus local volunteers, serve a free, sit-down Community Thanksgiving Dinner to over 300 attendees inside the Hall at Fauntleroy. DSquared Hospitality is also one of the founding producers of the Fauntleroy Fall Festival, an annual community celebration featuring food and family activities.

We look forward to welcoming our West Seattle community to the Hall at Fauntleroy for the 2024 Annual Westside Awards Breakfast this May!

Reflecting on this year's annual Hall at Fauntleroy Showcase 🏫✨
For the first time, we invited a non-profit planner to reimagine the space, providing a fresh perspective of our historic venue.

We collaborated with GSF Events, who created a fundraising-style floor plan in the Emerald Room upstairs, while Shine Event Design dreamed up a wedding ceremony & cocktail reception downstairs in the Vashon Room.

This year’s theme, “Emerald City'', elegantly intertwined green and gold hues, tying together the balance of nature and city life of the Pacific Northwest.

Our culinary and pastry teams look forward to crafting unique and innovative menus for the showcase, drawing inspiration from the upcoming season. However, one of our classic desserts - the Butterscotch Pot de Crème with a Salted Cashew Cookie - seemed to steal the show this year!

Another fan favorite was our signature cocktail - the Flamin’ Mai Tai - made with rum, lime juice, orange liqueur, house-made orgeat, and a flaming sugar cube.

We're already counting down the days until next year's showcase!

"I Do, Round Two" - a 12th anniversary vow-renewal and styled shoot is now published in the newest (and first ever!) edition of Washington Wedding Day!

John and Talysa renewed their wedding vows fountain-side at the Hall at Fauntleroy to an intimate audience of their two sons and Talysa's mother on a peaceful June afternoon.

Cherise, from Another One Ties the Knot, officiated the ceremony as the couple, originally high school sweethearts, reflected on their 17 years together.

AE Events & Design planned and designed the floral-filled day, which included a carnation curtain, youthful purse bouquet, and sweetheart table enveloped in baby's breath.

Afterwards, the family joined the Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes team for a plated dinner reception in the Emerald Room.
