I was at a very nice wedding this evening. And once again the cake was left untouched, I even spoke to the caterer and nothing was done, we Reburn weddings and event handle the catering that is part of the package.
Also had the caterer removing silverware while people were still eating, you will not see their names come across my page.

Ok the answer to the question what is the one thing everyone forgets. Who will cut the cake and serve the slices.
I have been a day coordinator and the bride had thought they had everything covered. I just is to make sure everyone is doing what they are assigned to, it would come to the cake and no one was assigned to cover it, of course I stepped up and handled it, make sure the wedding and reception is cover, start by making a list of each table the is going to be set up, have someone to cover and back up just in case
