Friday was a bittersweet moment as I coordinated my last wedding (for now)!

It was an absolute pleasure and honor to do it for a dear friend!! Thank you Desiree and Zoey for allowing me to be part of your special day!!

Did you realize that an event lasts a day, but your memories last forever?!?!?

With Mason & Magnolia Events Day of Coordination, we will meet with you at the venue 4 weeks prior to discuss seating, timeline, and décor.

We will have your custom timeline created and sent to all your vendors 2 weeks prior to ensure all vendors have received a final timeline and coordinate with them day of.

This includes 1 hour rehearsal a coordinator and an assistant to set up and breakdown.

We setup and breakdown of simple ceremony and reception décor provided by the couple. Decor provided by couple must be organized and ready to place on tables.

We arranging centerpieces & all table décor along with decorating sweetheart, sign-in, cake/dessert, guest & favor tables.

We remove all décor and pack items into vehicle transporting the items so you don’t have to.

Breast cancer has affected too many people we know and love.

This year we’ve joined Making Strides Against Breast Cancer to honor of LaVita Norman Rodriguez. We plan to carry her name and ensure that her legacy lives on. This is a time to honor all survivors, thrivers, and the ones we’ve lost.

The funds we are raising is important for critical research and provide services for anyone having to go through treatment or endure the process of cancer.

LaVita fought battles that most didn’t even know about. She kept her faith strong and had a light that would illuminate an entire city. Every so often in life we come across a special person who truly changes our lives and LaVita was that person for so many of us.

It’s time we increase funding to a higher level. There’s never been a more critical time to support such a life saving program and come together as a community.
