Occasions has a new "Venue"! Occasions / Sollars Auction Haus / Antique Emporium ! 1). We will have lease space for 25 to 30 High End Dealers. 2). Since we own Selma Storage with Occasions, these dealers will have first chance at renting nice unit space along with Occasions Dealer Space in the Occasions Building. This will be beautiful lease space with a lot of amenities . A plush heated and air-conditioned bldg. Beautiful Commercial Restrooms. A Commercial Kitchen / Diner for convenience for dealers and clients. By renting a unit for your rotating stock makes it extremely convenient . You as a dealer will have access to a beautiful carpentry shop for repairs for your Antiques/ Collectables/ Repurposed Products and items. Also a Nice Paint Shop to paint your products. 3). You will also have free space on our beautiful 10 acre grounds for selling your wares and goods at our Occasions Summer and Fall Tent Sales. 4). You will / if desired, participate in Occasions / Sollars / Auctions on site every two weeks on Thursday afternoon and evenings.
