The building is a beautiful new barn style facility. The inside has rustic rough-sawn oak walls, galvanized metal ceiling. The 3000 sf facility is climate controlled with a men's bathroom and women's bathroom. It is complete with a galley kitchen that features a large double door cooler for food trays etc., stove, dishwasher and an expansive serving counter. The dining area has picnic table seatin

g for approx. 64 people. Also available are folding chairs and round tables for additional seating. A recreation area with glass backboard for half court basketball. There is a 900 sf loft area with pool table, air hockey and ping-pong tables. screens with Direct T.V. and a lounge area. Easy loading and unloading at our 50 ft. covered dock area.
