This annual race is in memory of our dear friend Dave McDonald. Dave loved to run, he loved the Heron, and he loved music and the arts. This year, all proceeds and donations will benefit WRFA-LP, Radio for the Arts.

The Heron Trail Run is on Sunday August 13, 2023. It includes the following events: Heron Trail Run 5K and Heron Trail Run 5K Walk (all ages).
