I just received this review today. I would like to share it with you.

I have used Michael’s Flowers for many years and I have never been disappointed. Yesterday, I ordered a beautiful arrangement that I saw on the website for my daughter in laws birthday and because I am out of town, I wanted something really special. Well, the response from the birthday girl was priceless! She said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever gotten and she couldn’t stop telling me how special they were and how much they meant to her. THAT is exactly what I was hoping for! I also learned yesterday that Andy, who worked for the company for a long time had purchased the business before COVID and even though she has gone through so much with restrictions and rules set forth from the pandemic, her passion for the art of creating beautiful memories for people really shined through in our conversation and in the arrangement she delivered! This young lady, Andy is so Amazing and she was more than happy to accommodate my requests. She was very professional and because it has been so HOT lately, she wanted to deliver them as early as possible. Andy, I have no doubt that your predecessor is more than proud of you because you have clearly carried the torch forward and your work ethic is truly inspiring and I thank you so much for making my daughter in law so very happy on her special day! I totally recommend this flower shop for any occasion! It is now owned by a very talented and very special person who really cares and loves

I had a call yesterday, a request for funeral flowers. She wanted to come meet me at the shop. I let her know that I am working from home and can meet her somewhere. She said great and I'm going to her house today to get the order. I think being able to come to you, is a nice way to keep everything as comfortable as possible. Losing someone is extremely hard, I know dealing with all of it can be very overwhelming. You need dependable people to make the experience as easy as possible.

Lulu gave me this wonderful review: I will attempt to put into words the wonderful review I have for Michael's Flowers in Simi Valley. This is a business that's passionate about flowers and passionate about making a difference in people's lives. They truly understand what it means to give outstanding customer service and to give the gift of love through flowers. I needed assistance to get flowers to a dear friend and former co-worker in a matter of hours on behalf of myself and our company. The owner of Michael's literally jumped up and came in early to create a beautiful arrangement and get it over to the funeral home. The first thing my friend said when I arrived at her mom's memorial with a look of gratitude and astonishment was, "you sent flowers." I saw the arrangement as we respectfully departed to the cemetery. It was placed by the card basket and was so beautiful, I had not even realized it was the arrangement Michael's made with love for us until I saw my name and my co-workers' names, handwritten on the card. I also recognized it because Michael's had been so sweet and thoughtful to send me a picture of it earlier so I could take part in the joy of the gift we were giving. I loved it in the picture and the arrangement was even more beautiful in person. It meant the world to my friend and to me. This experience was priceless.

I just had an emergency funeral arrangement come in came in at 8 and needed to be there by 10. Thankfully I had nice flowers left over from my service on Monday. Feels good to help someone out.

It was hard taking a photo of this casket spray. Here's part of it. With the heat, I didn't want to keep it out for very long. I wish I took pictures of all of it. I had 2 matching stands and a basket arrangement. I think it came out well and I am happy that I'm still able to make multiple funeral arrangements from home. This service was for a very good friends mother. If you need me I can definitely help you. The website is up and running. I can do same day delivery it just needs to be designers choice. My website is the same.

Good morning, I have obtained my home business license. I am doing everything legally. I will keep the same level of integrity and quality. It's too difficult trying to pay rent and keep up with all my expenses. I am incredibly happy that all of my vendors were paid on time and I owe them zero dollars, however I am deep in debt from the loans that have been taken out. I am just trying to pay them off. I appreciate your support and hope that you will have the same confidence in me. I am already happier. Owning a business and employing other people hasn't been easy. They come first and myself last. Now all I need to be concerned with is myself and my clients. It is a big relief. My website is currently set for next day delivery and with designers choice as the available option. I am working on things so that I can get more options on there. Designers choice is great though, in the description just let me know what you want.

I was really happy to get an order in over my website. The website is just designer's choice, at the moment. It's the best way for me to keep it open. If you have a special request or want to order a funeral arrangement, just reach out, I will accommodate for you. If you want to discuss an event in person we can meet somewhere or talk over the phone. I want to work and I would like to make this a regular thing. This is what I do best. I am happy to be helpful in any creative way you may need. Do you want a really fancy Christmas tree? I can be hired to do that. Do you want a really inviting fall entry way? I can build wonderful displays. I have zero restrictions now. I don't have a store to run. Contact me for anything that you may want done.
