Thank you so much for supporting our small business. As some of you know we have been selling out very quickly. We are thrilled by the overwhelming support, however, we want to continue to serve our pizzas to as many guests as we can. So, we have extended our hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Please note that tomorrow Saturday, July 6th we will open at 4:00 pm. We have also made extra dough to accommodate our guests as best we can. Once again, thank you so much for your support! We can't wait to see you tomorrow!

Getting ready for the week! Starting off with our sauce! We are passionate about the integrity of our products that we serve our guests! Our sauce is made from San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy. “Carmelina ‘e…San Marzano® in her most natural state – pomodoro perfection! What is a Neapolitan pizza? The dough has four ingredients: flour, salt, yeast, and water. It is stretched to order and then placed onto the stone floor of the 900-degree wood-burning oven. The oven’s high temperature causes the dough to puff along the sides, creating a light, airy crust with charring. The sauce from the crushed San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella creates a hot, soupy, molten area at the center of the pizza. The pizza is approximately 11” in diameter. 🇮🇹
