In case you are not coming to The Burger Bar and Back Door Lounge tonight for karaoke, remember: there will be NO KARAOKE next Tuesday night there. They have an annual party the Tuesday closest to Labor Day every year. Karaoke will return there on Tuesday September 10th.

Okay, everyone. I told you all last week that I would post something if someone was going to do karaoke in my absence this Monday night. Dave Ge**er is going to do karaoke at Pam's Jailhouse for me this next Monday night April 29th. I'm pretty sure it will be well after 8 PM before I get home from my day at Barnes on Monday. I may come over to the bar when I get home, depending upon how I feel. I'm planning on being at The Burger Bar and Back Door Lounge on Tuesday night. Remember: karaoke runs from 8 PM to midnight.

Well, it was a wee bit chilly out there in the beer garden last night, but congrats to Allison's sister on her retirement. It was a great time and even got some great singing too! I had no clue there was an acoustic version of Creep (Radiohead) for karaoke. It was so good I downloaded the audio version for the DJ library! Thank you everyone for a great time (even though it was cold) and thank you Allison for asking me to be there!

Tomorrow night, I'll be filling in for Danny doing karaoke at Silver Sevens gaming. Never been there myself before, but have heard good things about it. If you are bored, don't have anything else to do, or feel like singing, stop in tomorrow night between 8 PM and midnight.

I sincerely hope that my Facebook family and friends have a very Merry Christmas and a New Year full of happiness and prosperity. I want to thank all of my musical family for a great year of support, especially Pam Meyers-Jerome at Pam's Jailhouse, Doug and Karen Kent and Jacob Manning at The Burger Bar and Back Door Lounge, Rebecca Jackson at Jackson's Handlebar, Jim Kearfott at Sunset Inn Pub, Allison Weedman at Trailblazer Pub, and Gary Best at Koo Koo's 2 for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to continue doing what the Good Lord put me on this Earth to do (entertain). Thanks to all the folks who hired me to DJ for their private parties this past year. Thanks to my good friends Russ Brittain and Danny Suter for being there and covering for me when times got a little rough due to the health scare. Of course, thanks to everyone who has come to karaoke to sing or listen, or to events where I was the DJ. Without your support, these businesses would not be able to keep the music alive! Lastly (and certainly not least), thanks to the Good Lord for giving me the opportunity to be able to thank everyone one more time. As Ringo would say, Peace and Love to All!

Time to get on the advertisements. I WILL be doing karaoke at Jackson's Handlebar this Thursday night from 8 PM to midnight. Starting next week, I'll be back at Pam's Jailhouse on Monday night December 11th and The Burger Bar and Back Door Lounge on Tuesday night December 12th. Karaoke runs from 8 PM to midnight. On Saturday December 16th, I will be your DJ at Pam's Jailhouse. Starting at 5:30 PM, my second oldest grandson's 21st birthday party will begin. Then, at 8 PM, the annual Jailhouse Christmas Party and Ugly Sweater Contest will be on. They will throw us out at 1 PM, so stop by and have some fun with us!! Get busy and find those ugly sweaters! I know they are out there somewhere!!

Want to get this posted now so that everyone is aware.
I am leaving for vacation out of the country this Friday October 13th and will not return until Saturday October 28th.
After tonight, there will be NO KARAOKE on Monday nights at Pam's Jailhouse until Monday October 30th. There will be NO KARAOKE on Thursday October 19th at Jackson's Handlebar. Russ Brittain and Just Pretend DJ/Karaoke Service will be doing karaoke on Tuesday nights October 17th and 24th at The Burger Bar and Backdoor Lounge from 8 PM until midnight.
