We have been trying to avoid this, but unfortunately we are no longer able to offer shrimp boils as an option. Our inability to obtain affordable fresh shrimp in the St. Louis area prevents us from being able to offer this option going forward. We have found the quality of frozen shrimp, even when we pay a premium, to just be too inconsistent. We are now exclusively a crawfish boil company!

***Important Note***

If you already have a shrimp boil booked or have a certificate for a shrimp boil from a charity auction, those are still on the calendar and will be honored.

Currently, there are still no crawfish available. We have heard there is a possibility that there will be no supply of live crawfish available for retail until March, and even then it may be prohibitively expensive. If you have a boil already scheduled with us this season, we will be in touch soon to discuss options. We are hoping it will not turn out as bad as they fear.

Cajun Boil Company will not be booking any additional dates this summer. All parties currently booked are still on and if you purchased a boil at an auction, you are welcome to schedule it for this summer. Everyone else, we will be back in the fall. Apologies to anyone who was planning on booking something this summer and will not get a chance.

The weather has started to turn and the crawfish season is going strong! We started doing boil deliveries in 2020, and they have been so popular they will now be our primary offering. No more being shut out of your desired date because we are already booked! On site boils will still be available for larger parties and head counts.
