Our Story

Our store was formally known as Stockton Floral and Gifts. When we were offered to take over the shop from Barbara Mullady, we knew nothing about flower arranging and selling plants, etc. She and her husband had a lot of confidence in us, though, so we felt we could learn. And learn we did! Two weeks after we signed the lease, Barbara Mullady passed away from breast cancer. In the short time we knew her, she was a beautiful, sweet lady. God rest her soul. We wanted to honor her, so we did not change the store name for five years. However, after we purchased the building we decided it was time, time to make it our own. Thus, we have Beautifully Berkeley, named after my daughter.
