Beautiful day for a cook! Smoked pork loin for sandwiches. They were looking so good, then my tongs slipped and rubbed off a big section of seasoning. Oh well, it'll still taste incredible.

Well, I'm officially tired. 30 lbs of pulled pork, 20 lbs of shredded chicken, 10 boxes of coleslaw, 7 boxes of corn salad and 6 boxes of orange fluff salad. So glad we could assist the Trost family with their special day!
