Hi friends! I’ve been MIA on here for a while now, but I’m back! To start things off with a bang, I’m thrilled to announce the birth of my first child, Virginia Grace, born January 25th at 9:33 PM. We’ve been in a postpartum whirlwind of learning over here, but as we start settling into some routines you’ll be seeing more content from me. Super excited for the upcoming wedding season—celebrating love is one of my favorite things! ❤️

My 2023 wedding season is officially done, and now I get to shift my focus to my family’s next big adventure. So excited to announce that Baby O’Neal will be joining us in February 2024!
With that said, my books are still open for 2024 wedding dates for May and beyond! Reach on out if you need a super calm and detail oriented coordinator—I’m your girl!

Happy happy anniversary to these two today! I cannot believe how quickly a year has flown by!
This wedding will always hold a special place in my heart for a couple of reasons. 1. H&A were the first couple to book with me after I opened my business, and 2. They got married on my wedding anniversary! It was such a special day filled with loved ones and smiles and fun! Take me back!

K&J's September wedding was such a fun day! It was unseasonably warm and sunny for late September, and the gorgeous weather made for some truly stunning photos. This wedding was extra fun because I knew the family of the groom from my high school days! These are two of my favorite shots from K&J's day. I just LOVE an emotional first look--you can really see the love and joy there. It's about enough to make me tear up too!

H&A's July wedding has been featured in Favorite Fridays before, but as I was looking through their photos this week I found this one that I had to share. This day was so full of joy--there's hardly a photo to be found without someone with a huge grin on their face. Here's another facet of that joy: H&A singing to each other during their first dance. Such a sweet and happy moment!

Walking into the weekend like... 😍

One of my favorite, under-rated IMO shots is a shot of a couple walking away from the camera on their wedding day. It's like they're walking off into their happily-every-after. Very fairytale romantic.

Fun fact--I have a walking away shot from my own wedding day as the wallpaper on my laptop!

G&W's October wedding was one for the books. Gorgeous color palette, super unique personal touches, and an INCREDIBLE team of vendors. This wedding was extra special because G&W are two of my dear friends. Also, this was my first Greek wedding!

This shot on Tacoma's iconic 11th Street Bridge is among my favorites from that day. Shot by the ever-awesome , there is nothing not to like about it. The pose, the color, the sky in the background. *Chef's kiss*

Lots of new faces around here lately, so here's a rare shot of the face behind this business. I'm Hope, your friendly neighborhood wedding coordinator. Here's a few fun facts about me:

🌸 I'm left handed, which makes using scissors sometimes complicated

🌸 When I'm not working a wedding on the weekend, you can often find me outdoors. I love hiking, walking, and paddleboarding (though I've fallen more than I care to admit)

🌸 I have one sibling, a younger brother, and he is autistic. He has an incredible memory and one of our favorite things to do together is sing Disney songs and watch Disney movies

🌸 I've been married for almost 7 (!) years. No kids yet, but we do have one fur-kid, our tuxedo cat, Figaro. My wedding is what launched my wedding career! Ask me about it sometime!

🌸 I love to crochet and cross stitch

🌸 My dad is a musician and I grew up super involved in music. I can sing, play the cello, piano, and a tiny bit of guitar, and was involved in both choir and orchestra in school

🌸 Little-known fact--I was an athlete once upon a time. I swam on a club team and went to state all four years of high school. These days, I really love yoga and cycling.

On Fridays I take some time to look back on favorite moments captured in film from past weddings that I've coordinated. And can you believe it--this is my first Favorite Friday of 2023!

M&D's day was beyond gorgeous in every way. Held at a classically beautiful garden estate, surrounded by friends and loved ones, the whole day was perfectly picturesque. There are so many things I love about this photo. First and foremost, that kiss! It was so perfectly spontaneous, but somehow looks so perfectly posed. I mean, they deserve applause for that. Secondly, I just LOVE that M&D's sweet Willow pup was caught in this shot and got to be a part of this moment. 😍

H&A's July wedding was a day full to the brim with pure joy. It was the most contagious, palpable feeling. An excellent example of this is the way they recessed up the aisle after being pronounced husband and wife. They danced together, hand in hand, all the way up the aisle with huge grins on their faces. Just about enough to make my heart burst! 💖💖💖

Favorite Friday… Thanksgiving edition!

In lieu of a favorite wedding moment, this week I’m going to share a favorite item from our Thanksgiving table. The aluminum rooster you see in the middle there is an heirloom item belonging to my great-grandmother. It graced my grandmother’s Thanksgiving table every year until she passed away, and now it has a permanent home on my folks’ table each year.

N&J eloped in September of 2019 at Mt. Baker. Being a wedding coordinator herself, N had planned to have a lovely, picturesque meal after the ceremony with all her closest vendor friends that had helped on her day. The Airbnb porch was all set with a gorgeous tablescape, but Mt. Baker's weather had other plans. We ended up standing around the kitchen eating pizza and trying to stay warm, but that didn't put a damper on N&J. They made the best of it, and this sweet moment was captured on film. 😍⁠
