Sorry I missed you today. Hopefully we can connect the next time I stop by.

Thanks to you and your staff for the cannoli. As usual they were wonderful. The look on my friend John’s, face when he saw what I brought him was priceless. You could see joy in his eyes. I have not seen that look for months. I visit John about once a month, so I will be stopping by for some cannoli prior to those visits. This is now a new tradition. You and your staff should feel good about the joy you brought to John.

John ate (devoured) one, and has another one waiting for him after his dinner. Of course I had one, as did another friend who was with me. The rest will be consumed by F. and me, and my other friend and his wife tonight. I believe there are no calories in a cannoli!

Hope your business is booming. You deserve to be rewarded for your exceptional food and service.

We are still looking, searching, seeking that talented, creative "lover of all things food", who has a burning desire to cook and create amazing fare! This position is full time, HOWEVER, it is not a straight 40 hour week! Some weeks may be 28 hours, the next week could easily be 70. It all depends on the workload. When clients contact us, we work.. and work very, very hard. That means there is no schedule! But that also means that we have unexpected days free, and work lots of weekends.... LOTS! If you are looking for creativity, variety, knowledge and gained experience and possess a good working knowledge such as recipe reading (you would be amazed at how many people have no clue how to read a recipe!), decent knife skills, know your basic terminology, can multi-task, work well with others and are flexible (reallllly flexible), contact us! "Please share with your team that my passengers raved over all the food you prepared! Yesterday "A", asked again where all the food came from. 10 passengers were interested as well. Comments ranged from the blending of all the different flavors, freshness of the food and presentation of colors, etc. You and your team once again made me shine! Here is a picture of the salad and soup, we had bumps just as I was about to serve, so apologize for the picture with a bit on the upper rim. I wiped and then served! Not able to get pictures of the dinner service as I had 10 pax, and 2 hours to serve all, but it was beautiful!
Thanks again! 🙏”

The photos will not resize, but the soup was actually two completely different soups that compliment each other and are poured into the serving bowl simultaneously and one is carrot-miso-ginger and the other is minted pea. The two colors are striking and it's finished with chopped pistachios.

The salads were fabulous Dungeness Crab Louie's to beat all crab Louie's. Stunning!
