Grilled Sirloin Steak Topped with Truffled Compound Butter, Grilled Prawn Skewer with Chimichurri Sauce, Creamy Potato and Parsnip Puree, Steamed Asparagus Bundles, and Roasted Tomatoes.

Vegetarian 🍠
Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with Walnut Date Quinoa, Topped with Chimichurri Sauce, and served with Asparagus Bundles.

All meals include a salad 🥗 of Wild Greens with Blue Cheese Crumbles, Green Apple, Candied Walnuts Tossed in a Balsamic Vinaigrette, and a Fresh Roll.

Though I’ve been focused on a job the past two years, working for a non profit that I’m very passionate about. Now is a time to slowly be coming back to coordinate and work beside Tacoma Catering Co. with Chef Katie Geissler. She also took over my wholesale company, CE Foods also known as Cutting Edge Foods.

I’m not partnering, we are pivoting. We are better together with the cloud of COVID, catering has been hit hard alongside so many food industry businesses. I’ve been on hold with my job as a specialty banquet sales person. So I’ve sunk my heels in where I can at The Gourmet Niche.

Keep supporting locals, we are here for you. Pivoting in and out of phases.

I have kept my catering name for private chef purposes and to resource all the companies that share my kitchen. Who knows what waits around the corner, hopefully brighter days filled with lots of events! Big and small!
