Do you have these in your garden/lawn? They are pesky weeds but the best way to get rid of them is by EATING them. You can blanch them and then sauté them in olive or sesame oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Too much seasoning can alter the texture of these guys. It’s meant to be a light and somewhat crunchy side dish.
