Due to a family emergency we have not been able to process new help requests or preform roof inspections since last Thursday. Thankfully, the emergency has been resolved and we will resume normal operations starting tomorrow. We have received a new drone which will allow us to conduct inspections much faster. If you submitted your inspection request before today, it should be completed tomorrow or Thursday. Thanks for your patience!

🚨 Free Roof and Home Inspections 🚨

If your property has been impacted by Hurricane Milton, we are offering free roof and home inspections to help assess the damage and provide guidance on next steps.

👉 To request an inspection, fill out the form on our website or PM us. If you are experiencing an emergency, CALL 911. For urgent needs, please contact your city/county’s emergency hotline.

To see a sample inspection report, go to the inspection report section of our website and use the pin “123456".

We will begin offering other types of assistance, including housing support, FEMA guidance, and cleanup services, in the next 48-72 hours. We are committed to helping our community recover and rebuild during this challenging time. 💙

We are currently unable to respond to messages. We are conducting initial damage assessments on our own homes and communities. We will figure out a plan for support in the coming days. We have had over 100 people reach out regarding our hotel offer. All $68/night rooms are sold out, however we do have some slightly more expensive rooms available. As a reminder, we are not making any money off of these rooms. We are simply able to secure rooms and rates not available to the general public and are passing those along to those in need. We are reaching out in the order we received messages. At this time, we are only booking rooms for those in evacuation zone A.

As announced last year, the Sylvan Ramble Lights' light show will not be returning in 2024 due to a grinch who lives nearby. Thank you to the thousands of attendees, businesses, and neighbors who supported us and attended our shows. Together, we raised $50,000 for local charities and put smiles on over 20,000 unique faces. Thank you for being part of our South Tampa tradition!

We are so excited for our final Holiday Light Show tonight! Since this is the last one, it is going to be crowded. Here are a few important bits of information.

- First, there is construction in our area. If you are arriving on Swann from the East, you will not be able to turn off Swann in the normal spot. At the bottom of this email is an image with driving instructions for those whom this affects.

- If you want to be sure you get a spot with unobstructed views, plan on arriving 20 minutes early. As this is the last night ever, it will be very crowded.

- Please park along the side of the street, but do not block driveways!

- When walking around the show area, please do not cut through our neighbor's grass or yards.

- Shows are 24 minutes long and no seating is available. You are more than welcome to bring lawn chairs.

- Donation boxes are located by the sidewalk on either side of our property. There is also a QR code to scan to donate online. If you have not done so online, we kindly ask you to leave a donation for Clothes To Kids if you enjoy the show.

- If you need accessible parking due to a disability, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will reserve a spot for you.

- Lastly, if you have new or lightly used clothing, feel free to bring them to the light show and place them in the bins next to the dropbox. We will be happy to deliver them to Clothes To Kids for you!

Our final Halloween Light show is tonight...and as many of you know, this is our last year of shows. Tonight is truly the last night to see our Halloween themed show.

Come out and make this last show the most memorable one yet. Show times are at 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, and the final bow at 9:30 PM.

We crossed a HUGE milestone today! Across our years of shows, we've raised $40,000 for local charities that provide critical needs to low-income or at-risk children and youth in the Tampa Bay area. After just one night of shows, we've already raised $1459 for Clothes To Kids! That's enough to provide a week's wardrobe to an entire class of students. A big thank you to everyone who came out for opening night as well as our volunteers who made the show possible. The next shows are tonight (Saturday, October 14th) at 8:00pm and 8:45pm.

P.S. The show was 98% running last night. We've fixed the remaining issues and are at 100% tonight!

Just 2️⃣ weeks left until our first light show of the season!

Although we aren’t adding any new pixel lights this year, our show’s special effects are getting revamped to create an even more immersive experience. Tonight we brought our “moving head” lights to their new home and tested out new patterns and angles.

Join us for our dazzling display of over 200,000 channels of lights, fountains, smoke effects, and more, all in the spirit of Halloween. Mesmerizing shows last 20-minutes and will leave you in awe and delight.

Not only is this event a Halloween treat for all, but it's also an opportunity to give back. We're proud to make a difference in our community by supporting local non-profits like Clothes To Kids, whose mission is to provide clothing to at-risk and low-income school-aged children in Tampa Bay. 100% of funds raised in-person at our event or online via Eventbrite will go directly to to Clothes To Kids.
