Johnae’s Kitchen, LLC is looking for an investor that has a business background that can come in and take fully control and manage all business/office operations. I do not have a degree or know the business side of the restaurant which is causing me not to grow like I should. I also, have a heart that gives and not making what I should be making for my time. I hired a CPA but I need someone hands on that can help us grow the business more and can go behind the CPA to make sure everything is being done correctly and on time. I have experience in managing skills and can run the restaurant side but I need someone to take fully control of the business side. We would like to open five days a week for lunch and dinner for our community and bring entertainment once a month as well. Also, I need to revamp pricing, budgeting and how much is being donated. Today the health department came for our inspection and we are still going strong “0” demerits 100 score since 2020 when the business started. Also, we are still going with Thanksgiving catering! Big thanks to BMW downtown, Chief Smitty and wife Mrs. Zonia, City of Dickinson, Valero, Employees of Amoco, Simms Elementary, Utmb for choosing Johnae’s Kitchen, LLC for your Thanksgiving spread.
