Tuesday the 23rd will be slow roasted pork 3 bean chili with cornbread. $16

Hello friends, we hope everyone had a great weekend. We were honored to provide catering for a very important memorial yesterday and in the same day a wedding for a beautiful couple. Followed up by a Mother’s Day brunch at Jacob Williams winery. We are so grateful and happy that people trust us to do this important work for them. We will sleep well tonight!

Good morning & happy Saturday. We will be skipping the next two weeks entrees with 3 major events next week and then a little camping the following week. We will post entrees for Tuesday the 23rd, Thursday the 25th and then June 5th. Have a great weekend!

Good morning friends, main entrees are going to go to be either Tuesday’s or Thursday’s each week depending on our schedule until the end of May. Then we will put a hold on it until the beginning of November going back to twice a week depending on demand.
We have worked hard to become approved vendors at the gorge’s wedding venues and have secured several weddings. We have one this weekend for 250 people and then stacked up throughout the summer.

Next Thursday's entrée: Meatloaf with beef & spicy Italian sausage, both ketchup, roasted garlic potatoes & asparagus
