Through our mission of service, integrity, sharing knowledge, tradition, and camaraderie, USBG Tucson stands in solidarity with our black and marginalized community members. We are here to listen, to learn, and to make a commitment to stand up against systemic racism and violence. See the official statement from the national board of directors and senior staff below.

The United States Bartenders’ Guild and USBG National Charity Foundation stand in solidarity with protest actions taking place across the nation. We affirm the USBG’s support for systemic changes vital to building truly welcoming hospitality communities.
To our black members, colleagues, family & friends: you matter, you belong, and you are welcome here. To all members, friends and colleagues who are hurting, concerned, or angry: we stand with you and share in your grief.
We believe our mission to unite the hospitality community is best served when we work to build a welcoming organization for members to speak, to be heard, and to succeed.
To address the challenges of this moment, we remain focused on listening, planning, and directing our actions to meet the ongoing critical needs of hospitality professionals nationwide. We invite your feedback shared to [email protected] as we navigate this process.
Yours in Service,
USBG Board of Directors
