We are blessed with new and vibrant leadership at the East Texas State Fair! I have worked at the Fair (for my uncle Rodney) since I was 11 (1971), and then for myself since 1992. The new leadership will is bringing a whole new robust fun filled venue for families to enjoy along with a super location that will serve our community year round! I am as excited as I was when grilling burgers next to my uncle back then!
My friends and I are in the super huge TENT with Burgers, Fried Favorites, Sweet Treats, and knock out drink menu with $1 Refills, and much more! Try the best Fried Pickles in Texas--award winning; fried desserts, and even our new Fried Enchiladas! Get a Cheerful Earful of fresh roasted corn, corn in a cup, and our NEW Fried Corn Ribs!

Next Tuesday will include Grilled Red Snapper Tacos; Guacamole Tacos; Shrimp Tacos; Fried Catfish Tacos; Steak or Grilled Chicken Tacos; Lots of Tostada choices, too! All served with homemade nachos and FREE MARGARITAS (FROZEN OR ROCKS--lime, strawberry, peach, coconut, watermelon, Big Red, mango, and other flavors! The Hungry Pelican Food Truck.
4:30-8pm. Dine outside or inside in air conditioned event center.
