We found a throwback from cooking in WA state. We participated often in giving back to the military. This is from 10yrs ago with our Pacific Northwest BBQ Association(PNWBA) brethren where we used to compete as a BBQ team. This is at Camp Murray adjacent to Joint Base Lewis–McChord.

Today starts the 1st Annual Carolina Hills Fiddle Fest.
We will be serving up some BBQ from Thursday Night to Saturday. Come on by and enjoy the Music!
