It's high time corporate America rethinks customer service, illicit billing and contract practices, pay-more-get-less models, and, most importantly, shows respect to the customers who put them in business.
The recent Adobe lawsuit is just one example of what I'd say 90% of corporate America tunes their business models for: the middle-America monetary drain. I've been over these practices for quite some time. I spend way too many hours defending my personal and business finances from these long-time crooked corporates reaching deep into my pockets without any real defense, unless I want to lawyer up, which ultimately isn't worth it. So, I call them, maybe send an email, complain, chew them out, and maybe Patel in India loses a night's sleep. Maybe not. That's how sick it is now. It's taken a while to get here.
Let me tell you, here we are!
What are we going to do about it, America? "We the People" is a great start. Imagine millions of customers leaving these corporate companies overnight because they've screwed us over for too long. This would make others realize they need to shape up or face a 50% sales reduction overnight. What a thought!
