My hysterectomy was my first and hopefully last surgery. It has taken me 6 months with 3 months of physical therapy to get me back to being able to exercise safely. If you’re like me and are always going; give it time 👀 Appreciate what you have have. That’s been my lesson on this journey. You’re dope no matter what you do 🤩❤️❤️

It’s tough to see all the amazing fun worthwhile things that folks i love are creating and attending. Unfortunately hysterectomy recovery requires two things I’m still growing into: patience and stillness. In an attempt to live vicariously through you I will be sharing the things that I would be attending, volunteering and putting my energy into. Think of it as your Nadira summer activity calendar, go do cool s**t 🤩🤩Tell me all about it. I’ll be here drinking tea and cheering you on 🤩🤩
