343 firefighters got ready for their morning shift, 8 paramedics started their work day, 60 police officers prepared for their regular morning patrol. 246 people went to the airport for their flights. 2,606 people left for work that morning. Not a single one lived past 10am on September 11th 2001.

Today we remember the ones who left home that day not knowing they would never return. We remember their families and loved ones who had their mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, children, and friends taken too soon. We remember the first responders and hero’s who gave their life to serve our country and others.

Forever in our hearts and our memory, we will never forget🤍
