The end of an era.
I started Shiny Knife Sandwich Shop in 2020 to chase down my dreams. We met tons of people, had a lot of fun and supported my family for over two years during one of the most difficult times that society has ever faced.
When I accepted a new position last year, I intended on continuing to do occasional events with the food truck but my schedule has left me without the time or energy to do that.
As of Monday, the trailer has been sold and is off to Oklahoma for a new adventure.
Thank you all very much for the love and support that you have shown my family and me.
