Anyone a fan of Birria? Might be making this available upon request only coming this fall/winter. No sides, just the meat and broth. Made of beef, not goat meat. Prepping and cooking takes a few hours, but the end result is amazing! Can be eaten like a stew with the consomé (broth,) or my favorite way, with tons of cheese and fried into crispy tacos. Let me know if you are interested and we can work out the pricing.
