Lekita Logan Range is my mentee who invested in my 3 day one one on intensive a few years ago.

During a recent conversation, she seemed a little discouraged about people not sharing in our industry and asked, “how am I supposed to get ahead and level up if there’s things I don’t know?”

I though for a quick second and thought about the people who have unselfishly helped me along the way. I invited her to join my team for this last wedding so she could see all the behind the scenes of how a Leah T Williams Events wedding is produced. We even had a field trip to ALL my favorite wholesalers where she was able to open her own accounts.

I’m sharing this experience because I’m sure there are so many of you who feel like Lekita did. Discouraged and not getting the information you need. As a leader in this industry I’ll be consciously taking more steps to assist where I can.

✨Stay committed!
✨Prepare for obstacles!
✨Keep working at them…it doesn’t happen over night! Goals don’t work unless you do.
