Hey all! Since everyone seemed to really like the “Back to School” special last week, I’ve decided to keep a weekly dinner special on the pizza menu. 🍕
I know that I appreciate the local businesses that have affordable dinner specials for a family, so I figured I’d join the cool kids. 😎

Anyway, local delivery on Wednesday and Thursday this week (12pm-8pm) before Semplice is off doing the popup thing!

****ALSO**** Hub:868 Shared Workspace is doing a free showing of Back to the Future on Friday! Bring a chair and a blanket, and watch this cinematic masterpiece under the stars.
I’ll be there as the (self proclaimed, lol) Hot Dog Queen of Cwood, slinging some specialty dogs between 6pm-9pm. GREAT SCOTT!

A really fun limited seating brunch today at .

Did you know that Hub868 is not only an amazing co-working space, with multiple rooms and sound booths to cover all of your needs, but also an incubator kitchen (it’s Semplice’s home!) and a really cool and intimate event space? You should check it out! The light was so beautiful in there today.

In true fashion, I didn’t really get pictures (someone plz save me from myself). But! Thankfully! I got a photo of the latkes with crème fraîche, smoked salmon and caviar, a collaboration with my good friend Marc from . He cold smoked that salmon yesterday, didn’t slice it till this morning, and it was TO DIE FOR. Everyone please bully me into forcing Marc to start selling it.

Also, a photo of the brunch pizza because those duck eggs were so beautiful on top of the potatoes and pancetta.

Looking forward to the next one! Thanks to the super fun crowd who showed up - some familiar faces, and a bunch of new friends!

It was my second time catering for this family’s summer reunion (and also a 70th birthday party this time!), and man, do I love doing it. Being a part of intimate celebrations in the home is definitely my favorite part of this job.

Plus, hosts Ali and Ford agree with me about the finer things in life including Baccala salad. 🤣 🐟

A very fun menu today at in Barrington! Featuring chicken and red hot dogs (which FLEW) peach, prosciutto, and burrata plates, and lobster rolls in split top brioche, the way God intended.

I had the absolute pleasure of traveling to Lake Harmony in the Poconos to provide catering services for Morgan and Jeff. It was a gloriously beautiful day, and almost every vendor on site was also a friend - so it was super fun. Pictured is the grazing board that I provided for appetizers (styled by while I worked on dinner), and the last photo is the closest I got to grabbing a photo of the mixed grill dinner. 🤣 Cést la vie.

Smoked salmon and caviar and not just for brunch, my babies.

In addition to having a blast with you at all of your celebrations, I also love being welcomed into your homes for private chef services.

My weekly clients today wanted some pasta, but wanted to go off the beaten path - so here we are with a smoked salmon pasta in a crème fraîche and lemon zest sauce topped with a touch of chili crisp, and a heaping spoonful of caviar.

You deserve it! Go get weird, my dudes.

Was delighted to provide some snacks for the borough of at the historic and beautiful grand ballroom at the . It was a celebration of all of the volunteers who live in our town, and make Collingswood .

This Sunday at I’m bringing back two of my all time favorites - first up, the king of Italian panino, the Porchetta. A true labor of love, and worth every minute of marinating time. Unless swine ain’t ya thing, how can you turn down crispy pork belly with crackling skin??

The other is named for my dad, “Big Pete’s Green Sandwich”. My grandmother had 5 boys to feed, so most days for lunch, it was last nights broccoli rabe, with white bread stained green from the juices. While I fancied it up a bit, this is essentially an Amelia Laquitara recipe, and I smile every time I think of my dad and uncles bringing their green sandwiches to school, in a sea of Oscar Meyer bologna sandwiches.

And of course I’ll have hot dogs for you and the kids because every hour is glizzy o’clock, amirite?
