Please keep Detective McManus and her family, along with all those who loved K9 Bane in your prayers as Bane is now in his new body, healthy and running free 🐾🌈🐾
K9 Bane was the first K9 we were able to raise funds for and only the third Wisconsin K9 I had met.
Here are some photos collected from our times together ranging from May 2022 to the late spring/early summer of 2023. A couple of Bane in water therapy that your generous donations helped in supporting.

Detective McManus, thank you for sharing K9 Bane’s journey with us. For educating about Degenerative Myelopathy, and for continuing to help other K9’s in their journey’s. K9 Bane’s village will always be here for you. Many prayers for peace with letting Bane cross over, for comfort in the coming days, weeks and months in knowing he’s healed now, and healing from all the hurt of his absence.

K9 Titan has helped so many and touched so many lives near and far. His work record and achievements are outstanding.

Congratulations to Deputy Dhondup Tsering and K9 Dorjee for successfully completing the single-purpose explosive detection portion of the North American Police Working Dog Association certification. This is a 6-week course that takes place in Sharpsville, PA. The duo is currently assigned to the County Regional Airport on 3rd shift.

“They are one of us. They are instrumental in how we do policing” and how they would do anything in their power to try and save K9 Enzo’s life and make sure he was taken care of.
Why can’t every department do this? More are, but so many more need to catch up.
This brought me back to K9 Joker’s squad car, the marine’s shirt and pants soaked in K9 Joker’s blood (Tennessee). To K9 Huk when he was airlifted from his attack in Florida. To Donna telling me about our Wisconsin K9 Grendel from Fond du Lac, and K9 Iro, to Deputy Tifft’s voice in the squad with K9 Riggs…
Thankful for these K9’s to have done their job, and have pulled through their attacks 🐾

Welcome Reggie to the Marshfield Police Department as their first Therapy Officer 🐾

This one was hard to contain. Everyone, meet Reggie! Reggie is an 8-week-old Multigen Australian Labradoodle and will be the department's first ever therapy dog! Reggie comes to us by way of a very generous donation from Blueberry Cottage Labradoodles. We can't thank Heather and her team enough for this amazing opportunity. Reggie will be teaming up with SRO Klein in the schools to form the best dynamic duo since Batman & Robin!

Pleasant Prairie Police Department’s K9 Chase was excited to take a bite out of the sleeve! Watching his paws on Jason’s leg reminded me of Jessiffany Canine Services, LLC Jesse’s explanation of how they use their legs. Also made me cringe wondering if his legs were bleeding yet! K9 Chase made certain he got the last bite and enjoyed his victory lap! Look at his tail as he parades around! K9 Bane was ready to show them what he’s got! His first go around was a warm up! Baners wouldn’t want to hurt his Dad, but I wouldn’t want to be around if anyone tried anything with Detective McManus! We joke to send Lenny in as K9 Bane looks at him in the sleeve, sighs, and turns away. I don’t think he wants to embarrass Lenny! Look at K9 Bane’s mood change when Jesse takes the sleeve! DM may be taking over K9 Bane’s mobility and voice, but he still has it, and still has the heart and will to protect Detective McManus. His victory laps are priceless 🐾

Dodge County Sheriff's Office retired K9 Tek’s second go at the sleeve! Look at his victory run! Way to go Tek 🐾 If your guess for ‘who is getting anxious for their turn’ was Austell K9 Officer Jerry Lee you were correct! (Me too! I couldn’t wait for Jason to get him going)! Jesse with Jessiffany Canine Services, LLC mentions K9 Jerry Lee’s speed, how they usually use their paws, and how well K9 Jerry Lee has compensated with his bite. I asked Jason out of all K9’s that participated who he thought had the hardest bite. He said he thought K9 Jerry Lee, he may have gotten a couple marks from him too 🐾🦷🐾

I was hoping Facebook would allow me to do more than one video at a time, but I still cannot. Dodge County Sheriff's Office retired K9 Tek’s first video of him taking on the bite sleeve! ***any guesses on who’s anxious for their turn?!?***
