Hi there family and friends.
Although I kept ordering Pampered Chef products over the past year, I missed selling it so much, so I decided to relaunch my independent consultant account. I am available for anyone who is interested in hosting a party, placing an order, or anything else that I can help with. I have absolutely no expectations other than to have fun with it and be available to anyone who has an interest or needs something.
In addition to amazing cooking and baking products, I enjoy regularly purchasing their spices and baking mixes. I will share some of my favorites soon.
Today, in NC, we are expecting some bad winter weather. I hope everyone else out there with bad weather stays safe! With the expected weather, for dinner, I am making one of my husband and my favorite dishes that is such great comfort food - Dutch Oven Chicken.

I made some slight changes:
*I am out of fresh or jarred garlic (which rarely ever happens in my home) - so I used garlic powder instead.
*I also used the PC Rotisserie spice mix instead of paprika on top of the chicken.
After we eat, I will add a comment about how it turns out.
