Hello fellow KZN community and all of our customers.

We want to help with a healthy meal solution where very little is required.

If you have broth in your freezer, here is a quick way to make a healthy meal with very little ingredients in your pantry:

Us any starch such as rice/ pasta/ noodles of any kind ( 2 min noodles are fine). If you dont have any of these left, you can use any dry beans or lentils

Cook your starch and drain
Season with salt/ pepper
Heat broth and add ( 500ml is fine for family of 4)

Bone broth is rich in minerals that help build and strengthen your bones. It also contains many other healthy nutrients, including vitamins, amino acids, and essential fatty acids.

We are hoping to be back in operation soon to be able to get broth to you. Will stay in touch!!

The Quickest during the week meal. We ate this yesterday and had to share. Boys loved it and we had leftovers for the week.⁠
⁠
Chicken into heavy pot⁠
1 tub of bone broth and refill with water⁠
1 whole sweet potato diced1 ⁠
1 whole onion diced⁠
3 cloves garlic (!!)⁠
2 carrots diced⁠
a few herbs⁠
lemon zest/ pepper/ salt⁠
⁠
Simmer on low all afternoon until falling into the broth. Can serve with additional starch if you have super hungry family.⁠

GREAT NUTRITIOUS START TO THE WEEK!⁠
