Telling a story is part of what we do. How do we do it?

Your story is unique to you and your partner. It doesn't have to be a flashy tale of star-crossed lovers or high school sweethearts. It's about telling the story of two people in love. And about what's important to them.

We take that story and interpret it into your wedding day through numerous aspects, especially in decor and flowers.

🤍For some couples it's about a fine dining experience - so we pay special attention to the menu stationery, the table setting, the wine glasses...

🤍Others are all about the party - so we create an impressive installation over the dance floor.

🤍Or just spending time with loved ones at a special venue - so we add special attention to the guests experiencing each aspect of the venue from gorgeous welcome details and comfortable lounge pocket designs.

Mieke's wedding was full of her personal flare and personality.
Two things she requested were to use these gorgeous vintage decanters and to incorporate St Joseph Lilies into the design.

I was in love with these decanters, and they became the perfect vessel for the Lilies to feature throughout.

I felt it important to let the Lilies have their own "space" so they could really be noticed. They stood tall, yet blending in perfectly with the rest of the table design.

My favorite part is that we were able to incorporate something that was personal to the couple in a way that was intentional and meaningful!

My advice when designing a wedding... Don't limit yourself with "the usual" or over-done Pinterest inspo. When it comes to weddings, there is SO much to create with!

Wedding Design has become the heart of my business. It's so much more than just flowers - it's the whole package!

The process? I get to know you and what you love, and from there, the design starts to come to life with original ideas that MEAN something.

This was the sweetest day - Genevieve and Garth had a beautiful intimate wedding, and styling it was a dream! ✨️ Combining bronze and gold created such a warm atmosphere and went perfectly with the peach and rust coloring of the flowers.

Sharing a sample of our editorial with

When I'm approached to be part of an editorial, I don't take it lightly. There are so many details to consider, and a lot of work goes into it (by all the collaborators)

Meet me in the Orchard, was a very unique and special concept. I knew I wanted to use colors I haven't worked with much before (who would have thought how gorgeous the combo of yellow and lilac would be)

I also wanted to play outside of my comfort zone, by being more in tune with shape, form and shadows to create interesting architectural designs.

- Fruits of an orchard played perfectly into that concept
- Beautiful scalloped shaped glasses and dinner plates brought softness to the table
- An impressive selection of candles filled the table with depth of color

And of course it wouldn't be a Wild Leaves table without a floral pattern somewhere! I fell in love with those napkins!

When the bride loves Anemones, and the season is full on!

Making use of seasonal flowers is very special for me, I know where the flowers come from because I select straight from the grower... it's a chance to support local and create with abundance.

August is perfect for Anemones and Renunculus as they are both late winter/early spring blooms.
