Sweet and sticky, rich and decandent Chocolate Pudding that will warm your soul and leave you wanting more.

Baked Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

For the batter:

1 Cup Cake Flour
3/4 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut
3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 Cup Milk

For the sauce:

1 Cup White Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 Cups Boiling Water

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°c. For the batter, cream Egg, Sugar and Butter together. Add Milk & Coconut. Add Flour, Baking Powder and Cocoa Powder and Mix to form a Batter. For the sauce, mix sugar & cocoa and boiling water. Pour sauce into greased ovenproof dish, and pour batter over sauce. Bake at 180°c for 45 min.
