Hey Hospitality Friends

I am in search of some assistance in our Fudart kitchen aswell as Event Catering.

Chefs:

Full time Chef position
Here I am looking for an individual who is passionate and able to work in a diverse background as Fudart offers very varied Menu offerings from casual to formal private dining, retail and events catering.
Formal Qualification with a very strong ability to work within a strict Hygiene regime and lead your team in this manner.

*Temp Positions for Junior to Senior level of chefs / cooks to asssit with prep and or plating.
Passion and Excitement required.

Front of House Manager
I also require a strong Front of House Manager that would be looking for TEMP work to assist with Event service, manage waitrons and order of events accordingly. Experience in this field would be vital.
Smart attire, strong communication and reliable transport is required.

If there is any interest or you may know of anyone, please can I emphasize that our hours vary and is not set restaurant times. These may include Early Mornings, Late Nights and ofcourse Weekends as these are common times for festive dining.

We are also a small family orientated team who multi task and protect each other.
