The Next Step by Fransvliet A Pop-up Restaurant by Fransvliet. Creating sensational food with the best of local produce! The Kitchen is headed up by Chefs Shirley Kilian and Shane Born.

The Next Step is a seasonal Pop-up restaurant that opens for a few months at the beginning of the year at Fransvliet Guest House. We focus on bringing out the best in local produce and showcase what can be done with what is in season. Everyday we have a new menu with different themes from around the world. Shirley a chef of serious pedigree is somewhat of a legend in these parts, and has accolades

by the thousands. Shane is young upcoming chef based out of Dubai and is in many ways Shirley's protege. Between the two of them they make an awesome team combining their very different cooking techniques to bring you a wonderful fusion of flavors. Watch our page as we will release our menus weekly and only have a limited number of seats per night, so get your bookings in asap!
