We served canapés and cheese and dessert tables for the vip opening night, no chance for many food pictures, but we had a very enthusiastic team, and the formidable , serving around 1500 guests. We catered the FNB JHB Art Fair this last week. I was blessed with a dream team, I am so grateful to these dedicated, hard working humans, they did not stop for days, Carla clocked 14 km of stairs on one day of the four day fair… they literally ran marathons to bring beautiful food to this years

Go to , the most delicious, beautiful food I’ve had! Incredibly creative food and unique setting, a collection of the past glory’s. This picture is the first course, very fine, crispy tacos and then there are another 5 or 6 courses after that, a feast for the senses!
