Did you know that the humble Lasagna was first created in the 14th century in Naples Italy? The original recipe was just comprised of layers of pasta without any tomato sauce.

Fortunately at Butternut Homemade Meals we side with the later found tradition of thin hand made pasta layered with traditional Neopolitan beef ragut and creamy bechamel, loaded with mozzarella and parmigiano reggiano cheese 👨🏻‍🍳

Unfortunately these aren’t vegan friendly, but we are working on a special vegan friendly dessert 🌱
