This Agency is the eye of the Department Of Arts And Culture at Mkhondo and the surrounded arreas. This Agency is ment to work with artists and events managers in making sure the perfect and well flowing relationship on the entertainment industry such as promoting of talent making business through events and shows.

The Agency is set to make sure all Events comply with the MEAEA Policy which is ensuring that all events planned must have :

1. Good Sound System for that kind of events measure by the level or class of artist invited

2. The venue is safe and eligable to host such events.

3. Artist said to be present have paid deposits or an agreement of booking is signed and submited to the MEAEA prio the release of final post which will be having a date , time and venue and price.

4. confirmation from the venue owners

5. confirmation from the security company that will be elected to have an eye on the event as it will be going down , making sure safety and security to both the community and the artists.

6. confirmation from the department of health for ambulance booking to be used in case of emergency.

7. Cinfirmation of alcohol to be sold to the event from Mpumalanga Liquor Agency , only if there will be alcohol to be sold.
