♡ FLORIST APPRENTICE ♡

A florist apprentice is someone who is learning the craft of floristry through hands-on training and work under the guidance of an experienced florist. This apprenticeship will typically involve gaining skills in flower arrangement, plant care, customer service, sales, and business operations. The apprentice works alongside us to learn techniques, the names and properties of flowers, how to design bouquets, and how to handle the daily tasks of running a flower shop.

The apprenticeship is 3 months long, and you will be given a stipend. Should the apprentice show great skill and fulfill all our requirements, they will be offered a position as Florist Assistant or Florist depending on skill level.

Creative flair
Physical stamina
Organized
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Social media savvy
Passion for flowers
Adaptable
Team player
Good work ethic
Willingness to learn
