With chilled beats and bands playing from 4pm each day you can relax and rejuvenate, enjoying our daily fair of braais, terrific foods and sundowners. Then from 8pm until late our electronic music line-up from Cape Town to Berlin will stir up your senses to dance the night away. We have prepared one of the most unique dance floors in the Southern Hemisphere, covered with a gigantic Bedouin stretch tent. Relax and socialise in our funky chill-out room or enjoy the grassy outdoor area. Fresh air, fresh music, killer sound, fresh food and the best views to Piesang Valley and Robberg Beach you will find. Just 900m along the N2 West of Plett turnoff, Kaya Music Festival has plenty of parking, a regular approved taxi service to and from Plett CBD, camp sites and surrounds, professional on-site security, plenty of great artists and friendly staff, and of course the mystique of “The Ruin” to provide you with the most memorable 2013 summer imaginable. I’d like to share how I’ve been using AI to make music videos. Now I do make the music. And it costs me more to create and publish it than I could dream of getting back. I guess it’s a matter of the heart., not for money but rather just can’t stop myself. So I obviously can’t pay for anyone to make youtube videos. Actually I can’t stand that there needs to be a music video but there’s a lot of video traffic and like what’s the use of just having a dancing logo. So I found I could make 10s AI generated videos, stitch them together with dissolves, then add my track, and I’ve done like 22 of them, one of them is an hour long (do the math on the number of prompts — yeah that took a month to put together). Here’s an example of one that just released today (and just remind you guys i’m not promoting my music here, like i don’t expect a cent from posting this link). Point is I really find it funny and interesting how Im like not so okay with any AI in my music but when it comes to making a music video let’s just say I’m not to fussed about— I just laugh at myself for being a hypocrite —
