Soon it became clear that there was a need for wedding dresses specifically focused for the Bride who isn't interested in the elaborate wedding, or traditional setting. The type of Bride who wouldn't mind walking barefoot and most importantly the Bride who really is only interested in seeing her new hubby's proud smile down the aisle. First-of-March dresses were specifically designed to be comfortable, yet on-trend and most importantly affordable. We strive to make our designs as budget friendly as possible. Why the name First-of-March? Both Marjorie and Esté were born on 1 March 1988. Its also the first day of a beautiful new season. For the South it's the first day of Autumn and for the North it's Spring. With this symbolizing the first day of a new chapter for the happy couple.
