Coriander's is a name that was given to Chef Cori-li by her teachers and peers. The name stuck for years and as she grew she was as vibrant as the coriander plant, seed and flavor. She creates the most creative dishes just to re-invent the classical foods. After 3 years of working she had the courage to start her own Catering company. The Coriander's catering has had the privilege to serve the most amazing people, just the joy on peoples face when they eat the creations. The love of food is powerful.
