Shellfish crazy, made some crayfish crisps and puffs that we're gonna stuff with a crayfish or crab mousse, they tasted mind blowing and I can't wait to experiment with them some more
Also this pasta with prawns has so many prawns in it I think we need to change the name to prawns with pasta

in Vilankulos We did some pizza and bread training with Chef Willie from Mountain Brewery in Worcester, what a legend, from pulling the dough to making the perfect pizza sauce, the humidity in the air really hampered our progress but luckily he knew how to accomodate our tropical climate into the recipe

Some veggie meals we're doing here our marinated tomato and artisanal soft cheese tart topped with a little rocket salad.
A surprisingly amazing grilled brinjal steak that seems to satisfy that umami craving
And a cheesy pap croquette that just tastes like more🤤
Followed by a few pics of the majestic mountainous wonders on our doorstop

Experimenting with the '100 layer' chip, very crunchy on the outside and, if you did it properely, creamy on the inside, also Oscar the cat is very friendly 🐈 and those sunsets, man, those sunsets.......

Valentines dinner that pork belly was so soft and juicy that you could eat it with a spoon, the duck on the other hand was smothered in a Roasted peppercorn and Brandy jus with our signature crispy potatoes, also had to include that sunset and my homemade Bacon with good luck cat for size 😋

All of our breads are homemade with unbleached stoneground flour, even the Buttermilk and butter on these sarmies are homemade😁 and the Beef freshly ground, the bacon freshly smoked and grilled to that Supreme crisp.
