ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

} Delegating tasks effectively among our team members: Ensuring everyone knows their roles and responsibilities per day/ per event.

} Vigilantly monitoring and preparing our inventory of rental items: Keeping track of all our decor pieces to ensure they're ready for events.

} Event Setup and Takedown: Assisting with the setup and takedown of decor and floral arrangements at various event venues.

} Logistics Coordination: Coordinating deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and efficient transport of flowers and decor items.

} Studio Organization: Keeping the studio organized, clean, and well-maintained.

} Vendor Relations: Communicating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and supplies.

} Quality Control: Ensuring all floral arrangements and decor meet our high-quality standards.

} Administrative Support: Handling stock sheets, purchase lists, rosters and other administrative tasks as needed.

} Training and Mentoring: Helping train new team members and providing guidance to ensure they meet our standards.

} Developing expertise in the art of flower arrangement and styling. No No prior flower knowledge required - we will teach you!

44 beautiful weddings completed with another 44 weddings scheduled for the remainder of the year. Ya, I think it's safe to say we are now fully booked for the year!

My name is Rachelle, founder of Wilde Bloem (previously known as Wildflower Creations Decor)

There are few things as beautiful and pure as fresh flowers. I was overwhelmed with inspiration coordinating over 150 weddings as the Wedding Manager at Rosemary Hill - my creative side started to tingle and I just had to try flower styling! I have successfully styled my first wedding in early 2016 😁

We take special care to select only the best flowers for each event. We love styling with a variety of what nature has to offer, colours, textures and portraying flowers in its natural form - what better way to express yourself than with an array of flowers, arranged to your style and taste.

In addition to the flower styling, we have a variety of decor available to rent. We are always willing to add to our stock if you do not find what you are looking for in our catalogue. Rentals include dark wooden tables, modern steel frame tables, selection of underplates and napkins, gold cutlery, and a variety of geometric shapes, etc.
