Welcome to Cake By Design where every cake, which is individually designed, is a delight to behold and tastes absolutely sensational. We specialize in bespoke cakes, novelty and celebration cakes, wedding cakes and your not-so-ordinary chocolate ganache creations. All our ganache is made using Lindt Chocolate and Ayrshire cream. Every cake is frosted using only Lindt chocolate ganaches, including

those which have either a fondant or Italian Meringue finish. No buttercream is used. Flavour Menu: Vanilla Bean Sponge with white Lindt chocolate ganache; Rich Dark Chocolate Cake with a blended dark & milk Lindt chocolate ganache; Red Velvet with White Lindt chocolate creme fraiche ganache; "Cappucino Please" with a blended dark & white Lindt chocolate ganache; chocolate Mudcake with a Dark Lindt Chocolate Ganache; Lemon Rain Madeira Sponge with your choice of White Lindt Chocolate Ganache or Creme Fraiche White Lindt Chocolate Ganache.
