We specialize in bespoke cakes, novelty and celebration cakes, wedding cakes and your not-so-ordinary chocolate ganache creations. All our ganache is made using Lindt Chocolate and Ayrshire cream. Every cake is frosted using only Lindt chocolate ganaches, including
those which have either a fondant or Italian Meringue finish. No buttercream is used.
